In the U.S. Supreme Court I won a unanimous decision, BROWN v CHOTE 1973, that enables Citizens to run for office without paying a "FILING FEE". I acted as my own attorney though not a lawyer. This experience gave me the absolute belief the first duty of the County Clerk's office is to serve the public, especially the folks who must deal with the Courts without a layer. To vote for me you must remember and write Ray Chote on the blank space under CLERK OF THE COURTS.
