I have Experience, Knowledge, Insight, Understanding and Passion! I'm a former teacher and still a Boy Scout. For 13 years, I have devoted my time and energy to help Key West, my adopted home town. I served as an unpaid member of Big Brothers and Sisters' Board of Directors. I volunteer with Relay for Life, Toys for Tots, at Bayshore Manaor and the Senior Citizen Plaza. I can and will work fulltime and try my best to involve businesses to raise funds for all school programs. I'll try to expand the Adopt-A-Classroom program and others. Education : I graduated from Lincoln University, Pa with a BA in Sociology. I was selected attend the National Teachers Corp Graduate Level Program at Temple University, Pa. I have teaching credentials form New York State, California and Pennsylvania which allowed me to teach on all three public school levels - High School, Junior High and Elementary School. Experience : I taught Math, History and Social Studies for almost twenty years before a car accident ended my career. I also worked as an Insurance Underwriter. I operated a business in Key West.
