Teacher salaries have been raised among the highest starting and ending figure state-wide. The district now achieves clean audit opinions and the number of findings has significantly been reduced. The district now maintains a Balanced Scorecard or strategic plan, with monitored performance measures, along with a strategic communications and technology plan.
