Comments : The time has come for us to come together and return Monroe County to fiscal responsibility, and common sense. Keeping to the status quo will only keep us on the road to disaster. I believe that by adopting innovative procedures and management practices from the private sector we can return Monroe County to a sound fiscal footing. I can't do this alone.
