Comments : I am a third generation south Floridian and have spent time in Key Largo since 1945 and thus have observed a decline in the fish and water quality of the area. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering. I retired from the Port of Miami after 34 years as the Deputy Port Director whose duties included obtaining and managing funds from Federal, local and state authorities. Since living here fulltime I have obtained a USCG 25 ton Masters License and charter offshore and back-country fishing trips and ecology tours.
