Public Records Request - Staff Assistance Pricing

Copies can only be made pertaining to election materials at a cost 15 cents per copy.

Research and copy requests requiring more than 15 minutes staff time to complete will be charged an hourly rate of $27.31, in addition to the copy charges.  The staff surcharge will be billed in 15 minute increments.  

Upon receiving a request, Custodian of Public Records for the Supervisor of Election will provide the person making the request with a good faith estimate of the time needed to complete the request and the estimated number of documents to be copied.  The person making the request shall deposit the estimated cost with the Supervisor’s staff prior to staff’s commencement of work on the request.  Staff will stop working on the request when the amount deposited for staff time and copying cost has been reached until the requester deposits additional money to cover further work.  Staff will refund any excess funds deposited.
